The production area extends from the Metropolitan region to the region of O’Higgins in our company and is harvested from January to the end of March. The plum is a stone fruit, which according to D´agen variety (Sugar Plums) can have a round or oval shape and present a pulp color from yellow to reddish. This fruit is characterized by its high content of juice, which has a balance between sweetness and acidity.
